I am planning my first explore for a group of young people and need to calculate how much of my time will be required. Thinking of doing 6 x3 hour sessions, plus planning assessments etc.
Can anyone advise me on this?

Hi Theo,
Arts Award Explore has a recommended 25 guided learning hours, and an additional 10 hours recommended for independent learning. You may want to allow slightly more or less than this, depending on the group you are working with.
When planning your activities for each session, look at the evidence requirements and assessment criteria for each section in your adviser toolkit and make sure you allow enough time for the young people you work with to meet these.
