This resource has been created to support advisers who want to develop their Arts Award delivery approach.

You may want to embed Arts Award in your organisation, create a sustainable delivery model or encourage more staff to get involved. Or you may want to find a more efficient way of structuring evidence collection or assessing work. The resource helps you assess you current approach and gives suggestions for developing your delivery.

How progressing onto Silver and Gold levels helps develop skills for education, work and life

This resource is designed to support Arts Award advisers who are looking to make links between our qualifications and the development of employability skills among young people. Whilst these skills can be linked to all levels of Arts Award, this resource looks in particular at Silver and Gold awards and is designed to be used alongside the employability mapping tool.

This resource is designed to support delivery of Arts Award Discover in a day activities.  It should always be used alongside your Arts Award adviser toolkit and the  Discover assessment report form.  The A3 map can be used by participants to log their activities and would work well at an event or on a visit to an arts of cultural organisation.  Advisers are free to expand on any part and should not feel confined to this one page if participants what to complete further evidence.

This magazine style resource has been produced using examples to inspire you and get your ideas flowing. It also includes some top tips for supporting young people to create arts logs and portfolios.

Tameside Cultural Services, Good Practice Centre 2014/15, have a great deal of experience of building partnerships with schools, community and arts organisations to deliver Arts Award.  Key to their successful model is the production of bespoke logs for participants to use to gather their Arts Award evidence.  The logs are tailored to each individual theme and the needs of the group.  This resource provides guidance to those wishing to create their own Discover logs.
