Parkside School

Parkside School is a special school for students with complex needs from Years 3 to 11. They delivered Arts Award Discover through an Arts Week, involving all students and staff, and three visiting artists.

Parkwood Hall Cooperative Acedemy

Parkwood Hall Cooperative Academy is a special needs school for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties, many of them on the autistic spectrum. The school offers students opportunities across many different arts forms. They have been delivering Arts Award for more than four years. In their case study, Arts Award adviser Angela Hollands describes how they deliver the Bronze and Silver Arts Awards.

Peer Productions

Peer Productions is a small arts charity that takes on a cohort of young people aged 16-23 years who train as actors and peer educators, and deliver a series of plays and projects in the community. With support from the Creative Employment Programme and local council, they have recruited this year's team as Level 3 Community Arts Apprentices. Whilst they continue to deliver their groundbreaking work in the community, they will also access Gold Arts Award as part of their apprenticeship framework.

Penlee House (Kids in Museums)

Penlee House is a Cornish public gallery which specialises in the Newlyn School artists (c.1880-1940). The collection also focuses on West Cornwall’s archaeology and social history.

This was the first time Penlee House had been involved with Arts Award - they delivered Bronze, Silver and Gold levels with young people as part of Kids in Museums' Takeover Day.

Peshkar Productions

Peshkar Productions supported 20 girls aged 13-16 from two schools in Oldham to gain Bronze Arts Awards using drama and stop motion animation.

Peterborough YOT

Peterborough Youth Offending Service deliver Arts Award at Explore and Bronze levels to disengaged young people. Their delivery model involves a high staff to young person ratio and offers access to a variety of arts activities.
